Frequently asked questions
If you book one of our private tutors, we can work to schedule the lessons at a time that works for you and your child. We can focus on the subject or language that you need or alternate languages if you book more lessons. A great way for continuity of learning during the COVID-19 outbreak and the summer break.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all private (one-on-one) lessons. As long as you contact us to cancel/reschedule your lesson prior to the 24-hour window, you can reschedule without being charged. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, you will lose your lesson and your payment.
Some of our tutors are public school teachers but we also have educators that are not public school teachers. However, they have been working as educators at our camp programs for years.
