Dance classes for kids and camps in DC and Bethesda!

“My son (4) has done a full summer of Salsa with Silvia camp. I can’t express how much we loved it, but let’s just say it’s so much that we switched him from half the summer to a full summer there. It is impossible to get him to leave because he loves it so much. And I should say when I come to pick him up they’re having a full on strobe light dance party. The teachers and counselors are so incredible – they put so much creativity and effort into the performances, and are so thoughtful and communicative with parents. They also clearly do a great job recruiting and supporting staff because they seem to really love being there. Which makes the kids love it too!

To Mr Juan, Mr Mario, Ms Naomi, Ms Allison, and all of the wonderful teachers, thank you!!! Salsa with Silvia is a neighborhood institution and we love having you here.“

Dear Juan,

I wanted to reach out and say many thanks for all your and incredible SWS staff support and facilitation of my daughter’s party yesterday.
It went very smoothly and felt very special.
We had kids of different ages, but everybody liked Bunmi’s art activities (even the adults).
Nilton’s dance activity was everybody’s favorite part of the party. The kids were all over the place, but he was so patient, and his vibe was great. One of the kids at the party has moderate to severe autism and rarely participates in group activities. This boy loved the dance and Nilton was so patient with him while keeping up with all the other kids and the birthday girl. All in all it was great, thank you all so much again.

A bunch of parents asked me about birthday parties and dance classes at SWS, I hope they come back to the studio.
