We stand for top quality, safety, care and fun! The Salsa With Silvia dance studios are located in Washington, DC and in Bethesda, MD. If you are looking for the best dance classes and the best summer camp programs, you have found the right place! We are proud to offer wonderful recreational dance classes and camp programs for children.

Our dance classes for kids include styles like: Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz, Hip Hop, Latin dance, Creative Movement, Mommy and Me and more. We offer group and private in person dance classes for children as well as virtual group and private lessons.

Our camp programs are bilingual learning programs with focus on dance. Students are constantly engaged in age appropriate learning activities including reading, writing, math, science, arts and crafts and more. In addition to summer camps, we also offer one day and one week camps (Winter and Spring) on days and weeks when DCPS schools are closed.

Our baby dance classes are super fun and engaging. They are designed to help young children with motor skill development and prepare them for future dance and music classes.

Got a kids birthday party coming up? Let us throw your child a fabulous celebration. Themed birthday parties, dancing, face painting and more. That’s our specialty. You can also rent our beautiful facilities and hire us to teach or perform at your event. Anything kids, we are here to help!

Dear Juan,

I wanted to reach out and say many thanks for all your and incredible SWS staff support and facilitation of my daughter’s party yesterday.
It went very smoothly and felt very special.
We had kids of different ages, but everybody liked Bunmi’s art activities (even the adults).
Nilton’s dance activity was everybody’s favorite part of the party. The kids were all over the place, but he was so patient, and his vibe was great. One of the kids at the party has moderate to severe autism and rarely participates in group activities. This boy loved the dance and Nilton was so patient with him while keeping up with all the other kids and the birthday girl. All in all it was great, thank you all so much again.

A bunch of parents asked me about birthday parties and dance classes at SWS, I hope they come back to the studio.
