Schedule & Enrollment

Perfect for boys & girls, no prior experience or flexibility needed.

Our rhythmic gymnastics performance program for welcomes boys and girls ages 5 to 12. The program combines elements from classic ballet, classic and modern dance, and certain acrobatic skills using handheld apparatus: rope, ball, clubs, and ribbon. We will work with kids that have never done it before and kids that have a little bit of experience. Everyone will be trained at their level and progress accordingly. While this program starts as a recreational program, our goal is to lead students to competition level if they are willing to put the hard work into training.

The goal of the program is to give students the opportunity to experience Rhythmic Gymnastics in a positive, fun way. There are multiple benefits in the sport: improving physical and mental health, becoming more confident, stronger, more flexible, growing their body awareness and self-esteem. Other benefits of the sport include:
– Neurological (brain health) benefits
– Enhances cognitive function
– Helps build motor and coordination Skills
– Increases body and mental Flexibility

– Improves social skills and self esteem

We will be teaching the principles of hard work and progressive improvement thus instilling self-confidence and self-motivation in our gymnasts. Our goal is to help every student get closer to their unique personal potential through compassionate and proper feedback and education.

It’s a perfect sport for your children to keep them physically and emotionally healthy.
